By using Fabro ("the App"), you agree to these terms of use. The App is published by Eddy Naboulet.
Use of the App
Fabro is a tool for creating quotes and invoices designed for tradespeople and self-employed professionals. The App works locally on your iOS device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in your documents.
Premium Subscription
Fabro offers an auto-renewable Premium subscription (monthly or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Data and Liability
All data is stored locally on your device. Fabro does not provide cloud backup. You are responsible for backing up your data. Fabro cannot be held liable for data loss due to app deletion or device failure.
Intellectual Property
Fabro, its design, code and content are the property of Eddy Naboulet. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Fabro is provided "as is". Documents generated by the App are an aid tool. They do not replace the advice of an accountant or lawyer. Fabro disclaims all liability for the tax or legal compliance of the documents produced.
